The teachings of Jesus made a deep impression on the people who listened to him. Because it was the Word of God and Jesus could do it with authority from God. This authority is clearly seen by the devil himself shouting at Jesus at top of his voice,"What do you want with us, Jesus of Nazareth?" The devil had no other option but to leave the person and come out of him. No devil can stand the power of Jesus. Once the person is attracted by Jesus the evil inclinations in him vanish. Let us try to remove all that is unholy in us: Let us pray that the good Lord may touch our lives. How much we want that we live a saintly life. But unfortunately we are not able to. Let us invoke the Spirit of the Lord that He may teach us his ways.
