Fr Mathew Kudakkachirayil, who hails from the Kottayam District of Kerala was born in the year 1945. He was ordained a priest for the Diocese of Ajmer in the year 1970. His first appointment was in St. Anselms School, Ajmer for the next two years and became the Assistant Parish Priest of the Thandla Parish in 1972. After serving the parish for eight years he was transferred to Trinity Church Bhandaria as its Parish Priest. In 1985 he became the Parish Priest of Dungaripada Parish after which he was transferred back to Thandla parish as its Parish Priest in 1991. In the year 1994 he was appointed as the Parish Priest of St Pauls Church, Banswara and in 1997 he was transferred to Maska Mahuri Parish. In the year 2001 he became the Minor Seminary Rector of the Diocesan Minor Seminary at Udaipur. After serving the seminary as its Rector for almost ten years Fr Mathew was transferred to St Anselms Church as its Parish Priest and the Manager of the School at Bhilwara. In 2011 Fr Mathew became one of the resource persons for the Seminars, camps etc conducted for various people in the Diocesan level and is appointed to Jeevan Deep, Banswara, the Diocesan Pastoral Center.
