Fr Siby who hails from Kottayam District of Kerala was ordained in 2003 by His Excellency Most Rev. Joseph Pathalil. His first appointment was as the Secretary to the Bishop of Udaipur. After three years in the office of the Secretary he was transferred to Ambapara as the Assistant Parish Priest where he built a beautiful Parish Church. Fr Siby stayed there for three years and was appointed to start a new Mission at Bichiwara, in Dungarpur District. He built a presbytery in Bichiwara. Fr. Siby was transferred from Bichiwara and was appointed Parish Priest and Manager, St. Pauls Church and School at Chittorgarh. He took charge of the institutions on 10 June, 2015.
